To carry out Road Safety Audit in three stages of project implementation which are: – Stage 3 RSA of the detailed engineering design; Stage 4 RSA during construction and Stage 5 RSA during pre-opening to identify potential safety concerns on the proposed scheme and recommending safety measures to eliminate or minimize potential problems. And raise awareness to the public on safe use of roads
